Returns & exchanges

We want every piece to feel right at home. Eligible unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Return condition

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with all included parts. Return shipping is deducted from the refund unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Non-returnable items

Final-sale items, gift cards, personalized goods, opened candles, and assembled furniture are not eligible. Original delivery fees and white-glove service fees are non-refundable.

Start a return

Email hello@juniperloom.example with your order number and reason for return. Do not ship an item before receiving return instructions.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
